 “A Georgia investor has grabbed a North Dallas tower in the latest area commercial property sale.

The Two Forest Plaza office high-rise near Forest Lane and U.S. Highway 75 was purchased by OrbVest US Inc.

The almost 200,000-square-foot tower at 12201 Merit Drive is almost 90% leased with major tenants including New York Life Insurance and the headquarters for La Madeleine restaurant chain.”
