Hat Trick Development (HTD) is a national boutique real estate investment firm focused primarily on developing, acquiring, and managing medical office properties in emerging markets.
Headquartered in Austin, Texas, HTD was founded by two experienced partners who have created a unique platform that utilizes innovative ownership structures that are tailored to the needs of physicians while creating investments that are redeveloping communities one at a time.
HTD develops multi-tenanted, Class-A medical offices, out-patient treatment & diagnostic centers, stand alone urgent cares and ambulatory surgery centers. ranging from 3,000 -50,000 sq ft. They also have a dedicated property management team, that look after the day to day operations of the properties and ensuring the properties remain tenanted.
Currently over 300 physician partners in the Central Texas market lease their properties and also invest in the developments.
AUSTIN STREET CAPITAL
Austin Street Capital (ASC) is the investment arm of the Hat Trick Development team ,both founders of HTD owns and stands in for the debt portion of any investment done with them. They accommodate also some of the above mentioned physician partners through this entity.
